Terms of Use

By downloading or using CutMatch ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What CutMatch does

CutMatch scans a photo of your face and hair, ranks haircuts for you, generates AI previews of haircuts on your photo, and gives styling advice through an AI stylist chat. Results are suggestions generated by AI. They are not professional, medical or dermatological advice, and a real haircut may look different from a preview.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your photos

Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Pro Weekly is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Top Cuts Unlock is a one-time purchase that unlocks your matched cuts and includes 4 generated looks.
• +4 Looks is a one-time purchase that adds 4 generated looks.

Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to harass anyone, to create misleading or sexual images of real people, to process photos of others without permission, to break the law, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the App or its servers.

6. AI output

Generated looks and text are provided "as is". AI can make mistakes, and we do not guarantee any result.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and content (excluding your photos) belong to CutMatch and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination and changes

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
